Refund and Returns Policy
At Madgardener, we take care in packaging and dispatching our home gardening and composting products. Please read this Refund and Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged during transit
- The product received is incorrect or incomplete
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos or videos showing the issue along with your order details.
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Used or opened products
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Change of mind after purchase
Refunds
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
