We currently ship orders across India using reliable courier partners, India Post, or other logistics providers based on service availability and delivery location.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery time is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier partner operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout or clearly displayed before order confirmation.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product delivered is damaged or incorrect due to our error.
Delivery Attempts and Failed Deliveries
Courier partners typically attempt delivery two to three times.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, refusal to accept the parcel, or inability to contact the recipient, the shipment may be returned to us.
In such cases, return-to-origin (RTO) charges and re-shipping fees may be applicable.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details, including correct address, pin code, and an active mobile number.
Madgardener is not responsible for delivery delays or failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Delays and Force Majeure
Madgardener shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, transport disruptions, labour strikes, or government restrictions.
